My New Routine

Since this is my first post I probably should introduce myself.

I’m an 18-year old Swedish bodybuilder, currently gaining some definition. My dream is to compete some day and be really big and strong. I hope to achieve that if I train hard enough and plan my training/diet well.

This routine I have constructed spans over 8 weeks, consisting of 3 different phases.

*Every set is taken to failure
*The number in (X) is the set count.
