Im in training for a San Shou (chinese full contact boxing) tournament and I finaly decided to clean up my diet for the first time. So I am on the Mas Oyama diet, so all that means is a shit load of brown rice, uncooked fruit and vegetables. With fish and chicken for protien. I feel a hell of a lot stronger and healthier but as I plod through this huge salad, a quote from that 70’s show keeps running through my head.
