Man I talk (write) a lot… sorry!

Thats fuckin awesome. I think thats about every T-mans dream right there, minus a reverse hyper, a Surge fountain, and a hot chick in spandex and a sports bra on an eliptical.[/quote]
Thanks! In back, way in the right-hand corner you can make out a black rectangular pad… It is a reverse hyper bench! It gets attached to my rack when in use and stored in the corner when squatting. I made that myself too! I DO have a water cooler. If T-Nation wants to ship some Surge, I’ll make a 3 gallon batch! The hot chick could be my wife… Although she’s pregnant right now and hates Spandex!
That’s awesome! I’d add some bumperplates, and a platform (depending on the floor).
Jay
Thank you! I am going to make the platform that IRONMIND has on it’s website. The bumper plates are ALWAYS on my wish list. Maybe I will raise my rates one of these days ;^)
Your set up is better than my current gym, and I’m ashamed to say what I pay for it

Ha! There it was! I knew you couldn’t have left out a dip station. I was just looking for something…bigger. ![]()
How much are your rates? you never know, I might just be convinced to move over to MA just to train at your place.
I’d bring my own Surge, of course.

Watch out! He may hold you hostage and make you write a book on gyms.

Whoosh! That wen’t right over my head, Rockscar! ![]()
I’m missing a lot of things on this thread, aren’t I?

Sweet gym man good job and its funny how sow many gyms posted on here have kegs yet in Ontario we’re too anxious to get our return money for bringing the empty ones back so we can get another instead of actually putting it to good use in the gym

And exactly just how big does a dip station need to be? I have a chin-up unit seperate from the dip unit.
Whitman is about 40 minutes from Fall River IIRC.
invictaWW… isn’t that a tire? My “indoor sled” is an Invicta WW! (White Wall) car tire.
What a coincidence!

What was the total cost? How big is it?

135lbs recently 3boxed by a 46 y/o woman!
(I only curl using a 2" barbell)
(2" THICK that is… and 5’ long)
As far as $$$. No way of telling. Some was donated/stolen, hand made/re-furbished and some made from scratch.
Needs mirrors, the motivational posters should be bigger and show tall mountains and waterfalls, and would it kill you to put a plasma screen tv on the wall at the power rack so you can watch MTV?

I’m so huge, I need only to look at my shadow on the wall. (RIGHT!)
-
Bigger posters get in the way of my shadow.
-
It’s not the plasma that would kill me… It’d be my wife that kills me since we don’t have one in our own home!

Does MTV play videos anymore? Plus I’m not into hip-hop. And I don’t remember seeing a MotorHead video lately!
