i was flexing my guns in the mirror today after my arms workout and i was like oh shit, is that a stretchmark on my tricep? im not sure if it but it looks like one. im kinda psyched because im a typical “ectomorph” so its a sign that i actually grew somewhere.
i think it was from the “bent over, behind neck, cable pushdowns” theres probaly a smaller word but i dont know it lol.
my forearms are also wicked sore from rackpulling. i got as high as 435 for …eh idk remember, on the smith. even though ive only gone to the gym 3 times since my week off i can already tell im gonna make some good gains this time around.
yeah i dont want a whole lot lol. im just excited about this one cause if you didnt see it in other posts i was getting pretty down on myself because i thought i wasnt gaining any size but this is indeniable proof that i have.
its also in an un-noticable spot, right on long head but its on one side of it and it gets somewhat hidden into the lat when i rest my arm anyway.
i dont know. i never really thought about it. maybe i secretly feel the need to live in a constant state of uncertainty and worry? lol, really though who knows.
My only stretch marks that I’m aware of are on my upper tighs and on my right ass cheek…yeah fucked up. My ass grows faster than anything else by far, its to the point where I actually want to slow down the rate at which it grows.
Got alot on my chest around the armpit, and huge marks on my thighs. The ones on my thighs are pretty gross though, the skin is so stretched that it doesn’t feel like skin anymore, just a thin layer of tissue over the flesh… Might have that checked though.
i got shoulders, chest, biceps, thighs, triceps, ass, a little one on my lats. you might be happy now, but once they appear everywhere you might not be haha

well ive put on a decent amount of size. but ive never gotten stretch marks. i had this kid in my class a couple semesters ago who said he got tons of them, matter of fact most the people i met who lifted got stretch marks. i was still bigger than them though. on one hand i thought, well good because i dont want them anyway. but on the other i was thinking hmmm why arent i getting them? i do have kinda loose skin so maybe thats why? i dont know, your guess is as good as mine. either way its just something im excited about.
