My Back, Need Advice

First of I want to apologize for my english.

I read this article » Down on Lumbar Flexion in Strength Training Programs? Enter the Reverse Crunch. . And Im having this problem, my question is, is there any more exercises that I can do to straighten up my back to being an healthy back? Is it something that will take a lot of time and do I have to do these exercises everyday? Has anyone had the same problem and fixed it? Please tell me about it

my back has been trashed since i was 23 years old…here is what helped me alot…and i wasnt just in pain i hadd to crawl around my house for about 5 months…ok…any fat around the mid section has to go…it pulls the spine forward…sit ups…light weight high rep back squats…lower back hyper extensions…with or without weight…not heavy though…and keeping your ham strings very loose…strech them everyday…hyper extensions 2x per week…squats 2x a week…sit ups are daily…and it didnt seem like it took me very long to get results…everyone is different though…hope it helps…

Great learning tool and even has a workout program to help fix your issues.

My back is wrecked too, but I agree with Iron Soldier. My back feels pretty good when I consistently do back hyperextensions with a Roman chair.

Thanks alot guys! a big help! I also came across an article that recommended doing core exercises and mobility work for the hips!
