Just thought I would share my latest 903lb bench press video with everyone.
Of course in real life I look a lot taller and slimmer, and people in the video seem to be calling me “Ryan” instead of “Trevor”, which perplexes me. The crowd is obviously confusing me with somebody else. Hmmm…
You know, after watching the video a few times, I realized that it’s not me after all. My mistake. Boy, do I feel silly. But I found it inspirational nevertheless.
It’s hard to imagine what it must feel like to bench something so damn heavy. Ah, back to my daydreaming…

That takes a lot of finger strength to rip a phone book with one hand.
I should know 'cause I can bend a 2 inch thick reinforced steel nail, that’s only 3 inches long, with my ring and fore fingers, over my middle knuckle.
I can also eat steel and shit nails, which takes a lot of intestinal strength. Especially when forming the head of the nails.
dude that shit is hilarious. didn’t that guy start a thread in the physique and performance photos claiming he benched like 320 or something. or maybe he just looked a lot like that guy. either way it’s hilarious.
Question I don’t know if this is good for me but I am a 15 yearold Freshman. Working out for 2 years I Currently Bench:245 Squat:300 and only Clean 175
I try to avoid doing squat and cleans as much as I can b/c i have a bad back and HORRIBLE FORM (thats why my max is low)(I screwed up my neck from football I got way to many stingers and now have a “reversal” in my neck where your neck bone is bent the opposite way in which its supposed to be and the chiropractor says thats why it bothers my middle back so it sometimes hurts to do squats and cleans). Im 5’9" and Weigh 208lbs and maybe about 28-32% body fat so im a big kid. But Im solid. Is that lifting good? And is there anything you guys might know of to improve my posture or to continue the lifts painless?( any suggestions on how to improve it)I Know from your guys point of view all that weight really sucks(especially cleans and squats) but what do you guys think?
