I have decided to write this post to see if there is anyone else out there who would really like to see this article and wonders what has happened about it. Its been at least 9 months and the last part of article 2 said:
“The first two installments of this series have been pretty dense in information; you might even be confused at this point. Fear not! Part III will show you how to fit all these methods into a logical and progressive training program. Stay tuned!”
I think we;ve stayed tunes and unfortunate stayed confused
Yeah, he said he wouldn’t write it. I think he said he lost the file when his computer crashed, or something, and it was a long article and he didn’t want to do it again.

Exactly. When I moved to St-Louis my old computer died and this article was lost in the process. I’ve moved on to other things and there is nothing worse than having to write an article twice, especially a long one.
Can you write it now? Its so long ago, its like you have never written it before. I know it sucks to write it again, but not getting the third articel after reading the first t2o sucks too.
^^ use the search function on this site. Or go to CT’s forum where he answers tons of questions and read around for a few days. You’ll get a ton of new/good info.
