Super Scapula article.
“Rotator cuff strains come from lack of scapula control.”- latest Eric Cressey article.
The rotator cuff is the most injured area in weight training, and it’s all tied into the scap. There is alot of info here, but how about an article with everything in one place?
The future of HRT. How about an interview with a cutting edge doc, telling us where HRT is going in the next decade. Oral test? DHT as HRT? Estrogen? needle-less injections? What can we expect to see when we get old?
An end to simplifying linear periodization. By this i mean maybe an alternative look on how its been sucessfull in addition to its drawbacks. With examples and boobs.
Other types of undulating periodization besides conjugate.
A re-look at sports drinks -
A re look at post exercise nutrition (sorry its a favourite)
Since you’re in Massachusetts, how about you just come out to my one-day seminar at Excel in Waltham on October 28th? It should tell you everything you’ll ever want to know about the shoulder.
Drop me an email at ec@ericcressey.com and I’ll send you a registration brochure.
I’m right into sports like Basketball and Australian Rules Football and there are excellent resources on this page for off season training.
I always feel that the in-season resistance training is often overlooked.
It is obviously very important as you don’t want your size, strength and power to drop off during the season and you don’t want to be burned out for the games from too much training.
I would like to see one on breathing squats or more with Vince Gironda. Anything old school. Maybe more on training the mind to increase concentration, confidense (sp?) etc.

Id like to see More Sports and Exercise Psych articles i feel T-Nation lacks an expert in this area. And it interests me ever so much. When i mention Psychological Interventions to an athlete most give me a look like i think they should be in a Psych Ward.
I’m definitely in agreeance on the periodization “stuff”. An in-depth article looking at the various types of periodization as well as pros and cons of each would be great.
Also, maybe even something like a regular (bi-weekly/monthly, whatever) column that would take a carved-in-stone old school concept and look at any possible science behind it and examine why it may or may not be beneficial. Let’s face it - a lot of “old school” guys had a supposed lack of scientific knowledge concerning nutrition, training, and supplementation, but when you look at their physiques . . . I certainly don’t want to argue with their methods!

most of the questions could be answered by yourself if you would check the archiv or just buy some books to inrease your own knowledge and not to rely on other people
An article on hypertrophy training by Dave Tate. Following his log over at Elite, it’s clear that he’s not doing traditional “westside”, but he’s using many elements of it, as well as some Bodybuilder-ish stuff. I think alot of people could benefit on him writing an article about that.
