It’s been about 2 weeks now that I have small continuous muscle spasms coming from around my elbow/tricep area. I think that it might be caused by pushing my body a little too hard lifting weights at the gym lately ( maybe the weighted dips ). I heard it could be a sign of trauma to the nervous system.Has anyone else heard of or experienced this ? Would really appreciate anyone’s input on this one.

I was awakened out of a sound sleep at 3:00 A.M. by a
spastic right tricep - That son of a bitch was twitching
about like Patrick Roy before a penalty shot!!! I’m
not sure why…?
BTW- Ten hours prior, I did a workout consisting of
Inclines, bent-rows, dips, DB rows, push-press and
some chins.
