Muscle Mass Programs

hey guys,

im a somewhat kind of athlete looking to improve my physique(5 10/170/ecto)
looking to put on more muscle mass. so im looking for some advice or an awesome program to follow. im also taking purple k before and after my workouts, any other suggestions for supplements?

google Bill Starr. Do one of his 5x5 variations. Keep it up for a year. This contradicts the ADHD approach of many on here, but try it and see what it does.

Supplements? Try a gallon of whole milk each day, maybe some fish caps. Fuck all the rest of it off.
