I have been lifting for some time now but not a very long time. I have been trying Chad Waterbury’s Total Body Training recently but I feel that it doesn’t focus on building muscle mass that well so I’m looking for something different.
I have looked at Bill Starr’s 5X5 program and it seems good.
However, I was looking for advice on how to better it for me if there is a way.
I am looking to build muscle all over but specifically in my chest, legs and biceps.
I understand about eating a lot so I will be focusing on that as well.
Also a simple question, what exactly is a weighted hyper and how to perform a weighted dip.
