First, asymmetry is normal. I don’t see anything here out of the norm other than this should be your last concern. What I see is an unhealthy body with very little muscle mass and a lot of excess love handle area.

Also scapular winging doesn’t matter
It doesn’t predict shoulder pain; winging shoulders can go from painful to pain-free without stopping winging; correcting winging doesn’t always stop painful shoulders from hurting
Find exercises that are pain-free/tolerable, and progress them for months to years.
