Multi-Vitamin and Mineral

University is almost done and its time for me to go back to my summer job. My question is whether to take my multi-vitamin before or after work. The reason i’m asking is because it involves very vigorous activity and am basically in a constant sweat throughout the whole day.

I know most of you will say to eat healthy rich vit and mineral foods throughout the day but its easier said than done at this job. I just feel alot better taking a multi-vit and mineral. Now knowing that i am going to be sweating and burning a lot of energy (i know vits and min don’t give me energy), when should i take it, before or after work?

It doesn’t matter when you take it. Just take it with food.

I take my multi as soon as I wake up and another before bed. Just watch the amount of Iron in them, you wouldn’t want to od on that. I also opt for a multi before bed that doesn’t contain a lot of b vitamins, or any form of caffeine (yes i’ve found some multi’s with caffeine. lol) basically so you can still fall asleep. You can try this but I also agree with jdrannin1 that it really doesn’t matter in your case as long as its with food.
