When to take a Multivitamin?

When do you all recomend I take a once a day Multivitamin? Mornings, pre-workout, post-workout, or bedtime? Thanks.

I take mine with my breakfast / shake.
I take a time-release formula.

If in doubt I’d take it with my biggest meal of the day.

Half in the morning, half in the afternoon. Doesn’t make my piss fluro so I figure more of it is going to use.

Take it whenever, your body will use what it’s going to use, store what it can and discard the rest.

It also depends on the potency of the multivitamin…

do not want too much of a vitamin in toxic doses spread across the day
