MR's Modified 5x5....

…is kicking my arse…well at least today. Did the 5x5 squats at 80% and I really don’t think I will be able to walk tomorrow…

I did a program in college similiar (4x5 on main movements) and don’t remember it like this. Probably is just the kick in the pants I need.

We’ll see how it turns out in a few weeks.
