I have noticed that most MRPs have milk protein as one of the first few ingredients. After trying most of them, I have come to the conclusion that I may be lactose intolerant. I take lactaid plus with my shakes but it doesn’t seem to eliminate all of the problem. Is there something else I could try or do that would help me get the most out of my meal replacements? I am also concerned about my absorption of the milk protein. I know that lactose intolerant people have trouble digesting dairy products. Does this mean that I am not getting all the protein I could out of my MRP? Thanks in advance.
