I would be careful trying to read too much into dreams.

If your deadlift was slow off the floor and speedy at lockout, you may want to bring up your quad strength. Front squats, deficit deads, and/or trap bar deads would be what I would try. Maybe also try paused front squats.

It looks to me like all of your assistance on your squat/DL days is posterior-chain based (hammies, glutes, low back) and not much for your quads. I personally like front squatting after deads.

Im really glad you are getting back on a proper program…I think doing things the way you did them is fine for a while, but obviously ends up leading to overtraining…you probably made some progress doing it that way for a while though, so its nice that you figured out when you reached your ceiling

Re: American Psycho. Awesome movie. NO he did not kill all those people. He was imagining it the whole time. The movie does not do a very good job at explaining that like the book does. Plus a lot of good scenes got edited out (like when he beats the shit out of the two escort whores). But it was a very good movie regardless.
