I think your week looks good. I’m doing something similar 4 days lifting, 2 days cardio-esque type stuff and 1 day off. I usually use my off days as a “cheat day.” That’s probably not the best way to do it, but for me its go big or go home on all fronts, even rest days. knowwhatimean?

Meaning I get so red my head looks like it’s about to explode and I start to drip sweat.

A strategy you could employ is to pause the first rep for a long pause, then attack the rest of the reps with a vengeance.

public speaking skills are a major tool in the real world, meeting with clients, bosses and other such moments. It won’t be perfect but use this as a stepping stone for learning those skills.
