Could also switch out regular deads on volume day for sumos? I think Pixie has that one on the go for exactly that reason.

I got mine at a Farm/Tractor store.
Most places like that have big ol scrap piles and are more than willing to give them away for FREE since it costs money to dispose of them.

Loved your videos…you are super cute. Lots of the deadlift advice you received is helpful to me. My back does almost the exact same thing as you when the weight gets heavy.

In my opinion, the best booty-builidng exercise is the barbell hip thrust with shoulders raised up on a bench. Read any article by Bret Contreras for the details.

Butt advice people: I dunno, it seems like a way more fun approach to this attempt at butt growth would be squats and beef. I’m gonna stick to that method for a while and see where it gets me. :slight_smile:

There is this boy at the gym (who also happens to be in my sign language class) and he is into “bodybuilding”. He thinks he is very swole, and poses in the mirrior for his entire workout.
I hate him so much, I just want to punch him all day every day.
I know I should be zen and find the calmness within, but I just want him to go away so I can stop feeling like I am going to puke whenever I see him.

Good work in here Spock. Regarding tire, talk to your gym and see if it is something that can be stored there. If you get it free and they get it free and it is there for other members to use as well, they might work with you on that.
