Life news:
There is this boy at the gym (who also happens to be in my sign language class) and he is into “bodybuilding”. He thinks he is very swole, and poses in the mirrior for his entire workout.
I hate him so much, I just want to punch him all day every day.
I know I should be zen and find the calmness within, but I just want him to go away so I can stop feeling like I am going to puke whenever I see him.

OMG…I know this feeling. There is one at every gym. Barf

He’s probably the genre of guy that would think the fact that she’s touching him means she’s into him.
Sorry Spocky, I have no advices. I tend to just adjust my schedule around those guys

No, no, no.
You don’t PUNCH him. You walk right up to him when he’s doing that and yell “HUGE! HUGE! YEAH BUDDY!!! WOOOOOO!” right in his face.

C’mon, Dixie…I can’t just punch everyone that strikes me as a tool. I must be selective so it’s an honor

My gym is overrun by bodybuilders that feel the need to pose and flex in the mirrors and where the nipple tank tops. Yes, they still exist. I don’t know where they buy them, but they should stop. Just stop.

It’s like she’s just walking along and I tackle her out of excitement and she likes it. And then I help her to her feet and we jump up and down like little kindergartners.

So, I’m going to be the other voice in here (I’m a guy, we fix things. This drives my wife crazy…) and ask why he bothers you so much. Is it because he has a lot of confidence (maybe false confidence)? Is it because his routine is opposite of yours? Whatever the reason you need to realize that negative energy won’t help your training at all and will only distract you.
Here is a great article about this very subject that I just read over at elitefts:
