Moving Out, Want a Good Start

Hey All

I guees alot of you have allready moved away from your parents.

But i am moving out Friday and i want a good start on a life on my own. Eating right and dont get fat and slobby

i think i have the training thing dialed in pretty good i am doing this workout every 3 days alternating beetween squat and bench.

Bench 2-4 reps with 80-90% for a total of 15 reps
Squat 2-4 reps with 80-90% for a total of 15 reps

Blackburns 20 sek. each posistion

Superset 1:
Rows 3-4 sets x 8-12 reps
Shrugs 3-4 sets x 8-12 reps

Superset 2:
Bulgerian squats 6-12 reps
ankle lifts max weights x max reps on the leg press

Superset 3: shoulder/Arms
Shoulder press
tricep/biceps finisher (pushups, pushdown) medium weight high reps

and then i run 3 times a week where i do abs, plyometrics and biceps afterwards.

But i have no idea about the nutrition perspective i am a pretty good cook but i have no cooking habits so i would like to hear from you T-Nation if you could do it over how would you go about shopping ?

how do a good shopping list look like…

witch greens can you store in the frezzer for months ?

how do you prepare you chicken breats for the times were you dont have the time for cooking ?

if you have the sunday evenings off is that were you cook lunch for the entire week and what are god lunch ?

you dont have to answer all questions but some would be nice.

Btw i am about 200 pounds 14-15 Bf with about 140-150 kg squat and 115 kg bench so i am still a weak bastard

Cheers
Blunt

Get a membership to a wholesale club. Frozen veggies will fill up your freezer, and cost you less in the long run. Meat is usually a good price at those places, and you can freeze a month’s worth if you have the room in your freezer.

I would also recommend investing in tupperware. Cook up your meals for the week on Sunday (or whatever day is your last “weekend” day). Tupperware your meals, and voila! You are ready for the week, pretty much.

Don’t fall in the trap of stocking your cupboards with junk, as a lot of people seem to do when they move out on their own.

I was trying to find a copy of the poor man’s shopping list, but it seems to have been removed from the link I had.
