LOL
One arm pullups? Super hardcorez and ghey to the redline in 6th gear only to downshift, letting the blow-off valve purge and wind-out 5th gear to shift into 6th gear and hitting that 100 shot of NOS.
squat rack
lol j/k i love to do pushups in it.
Why does everyone gotta be hatin on the Smith Machine? It’s actually a really great piece of equipment.
the dumbbell curl rack
Bally’s has nice think ropes that you can’t use for anything because they will only let you use them to create a dumb wave motion to “Blast Your ARMS!!!” if you try to use the rope for chins or to tie to a heavy bag and pull, they get their panties in a bunch

LMAO this is win!
Most useless equipment?
A BAD TRAINER.
Anything can work fine but if you’re useless at training hard then YOU are the weakest link. Goodbye.

This thing. I have never seen it used for anything other than setting drinks/notebooks/towels on.
Seated Leg Curl.
Yes, I own this machine and HATE IT!
H-squat in action
That is a fucking big squat machine.

Hahaha! It looks ridiculous, but I actually like it. It’s one of the only leg press-style machines that doesn’t bother my knees. I may be the only wacko who uses it, but that’s okay with me-- no competition to get on it. And, I can still throw my towel and drink on the top step while I’m using it.
The torso twist for sure.

My old gym had one of those and I never saw anybody use or even understand how to use it.

Seperated at birth?
As for unused things, inflatables or things that need to be plugged into an outlet.
occasionally, my sense of humor.
I used to do the H-Squat in HS, we got rid of ours at the gym probably 5 yrs ago.
I also referred to it as the lifeguard station
