Morning Workouts

Hi guys, I’m trying to add morning sessions of gpp and/or cardio to help accelerate fat loss but it seems to take 2 hours after I wake up for my lower back to get loose enough to do any activity. I’m 23 and I don’t really experience back pain at any other points of the day so I don’t think its something that could become a problem later on. Do any of you have or have had the same kinds of problems? If so what did you do to help the situation? Thanks a bunch guys.
