Ok, I know this is going to sound dumb, but when it calls for 10 reps at the TM weight in as many sets as you need, how many reps should you hit a set? 5 reps x 2 sets? 2 reps x 5 sets? 3 reps x 3 sets and a single?
I know that they should be solid reps, so would it be ok to cut it off quickly(ex: stop at 3 reps when you could get 5 for a set)?
Am I overthinking this?
