Been doing 5 Pros for awhile now (first on a bulk, now on a cut)
Reaching the last stages of my cut and on the turnaround to a bulk, I’m finding that my body is quite fatigued (as you would expect) and is stopping me from hitting 5 consecutive heavy reps on my third set of 5 Pros (usually Weeks 2/3). However if I take a 10-15 sec rest, I can hit the last 1-2 reps pretty easily to get 5 in total.
Am I better off reducing my TM in line with the number of consecutive reps I can do? Or is total reps on that final set all that matters when calibrating my TM for 5 Pros each cycle?
