Been away from the lifting game a long time, have been hitting it hard since the first of the year, and I’m finding that I’m very irritable and aggressive after I workout. No, I’m not on anything besides a Spike pill, Surge and creatine. I immediately drank my my Surge after lifting, so I wasn’t really that hungry. I just flipped out at the mexican food place because I thought they were cheating me out of extra beans.
Absolutely. I just generally feel much more aggressive and easily angered after I work out.
One day after training a guy at the coffee shop (Tim Hortons) thought I was jumping the line and grabbed my arm and tried to pull me back. He got yelled at for a loooong time. Sadly, I think I looked like the crazy one at the end of it. It was my turn anyway

I think it has a little bit to do with the pump. After training I look massive, and my behaviour changes accordingly. [/quote]
Yeah, I’ve been telling myself for years as I look in the mirror when I have a great pump, ‘man, if I could only look like this when cold, I’d be happy!’.
I’m like that but only if I miss a lift I should have gotten on that day. If I have a great day at the gym I’m really happy and outgoing, if it sucked, you better stay the fuck out of my way! lol

I agree with that. It depends on my workout although I am a little more agressive after any workout, good or bad.
BTW, like your new avatar waylander, lookin’ good bro.
I usually feel aggressive (and horny) after a good lifting session, especially after squatting heavy. I guess at that time my testosterone level is jacked up through the roof.
You can’t be serious. This is something I’d expect to find on bodybuilding.com forums. Way to perpetuate the notion that all serious lifters are angry meatheads.

Meatheads = dumb
Angry = angry
This is about feeling aggressive after a session.
As for me, I feel more aggressive on the way to the gym, and better after a workout is over…
