Traning Induced Anger

I have a serious question for everyone:

After you work out- do you feel more angry/aggressive?

When I finish working out, I can barely walk, then 15 minutes later I can still barely walk- but I have the rage of a demon inside me.

Does this happen to anyone else? Or am I just predisposed to anger? heh. Just wanted to do a poll of the place and see.

happens to me, actually, it happened today.

Only when I take steroids. I grunt when I eat too. Grrruuuummmmmmfffff.

I get like that too … but it goes away when I take a shit … so I have that going for me

nah ive only gotten pissed at the gym once and it was when some fuck curling in the squat rack told me that leaving the weight on the bar and having it on the bench was going to bend the bar. then he added- “but i dont care” it just pissed me off because if he didnt fucking care then why would he even mention it? anyway after that i did the best set of rack-pulls ive done.

outside of that experience the only time i ever get a rage is when im doing a lift like deadlifts or squats from the testosterone but im usually just tired after i lift and its like everything is out of me so im just very relaxed and i hope no one wants to fight because im so damn exhausted like dude i just busted my ass on some heavy deads and DB presses dont make me fuck you up.

This one time, I got really pissed ‘cuz I got home and realized I had forgotten to order more Surge, so I had to resort some crappy GNC whey I still had lyin’ around (this was before Grow! Whey), then I thought, “Heeeeeey!” I’d mix it with some effervescent creatine.
Well, it was squat night, so all the blood musta drained outta my brain to pool in my legs, ‘cuz I didn’t make the (effervescence + shaker bottle = "WTF, are you Fuckin’ Stoopid, or somethin’?!") connection until after it had exploded all over the cocksuckin’ muthafuckin’ kitchen. All over every fuckin’ dish we had in the house that were still sitting in the strainer ‘cuz we’d had the whole fuckin’ neighborhood over for dinner that night. FUCK.

And, ya know, for some reason my girlfriend was really pissed after that workout, too. And she hadn’t even gone to the gym with me that night. Musta been some kinda psychic transference, or somethin’…

But other than that, nope.

After the first few months of eating right (proper amount of protein and fats) and also training regulary I noticed I felt more aggression.

I also felt more confident and calm at the same time.

I also swear I got more intelligent - making decisions, grasping concepts, and memorising things quicker/better.

I figure this is just nature’s idea of what a fit and healthy male body should be able to do.

Too this day I still feel fan-fucking-tastic!

Three cheers for Testosterone!

Oh, directly after a WO? Hmmm, yeah maybe my aggression is slightly enhanced.

Slightly.

I thought the shit thing was just me…

After training? No. After 1 day on the Warriot diet? YES. You can get very pissed off, very quickly when you are that hungry. Thats why I stopped following it.

During training? Sometimes when I’m hitting the big weights, got the headphones cranked, and my reflections staring back at me saying “dude, you a bad mutherf*cker!” -lol

I usually get all of my anger out during my workouts. I feel like if youve got any energy left to be angry, then you probably didnt go hard enough. The longer I train, the more this becomes the case for me. I find that I am more able to channel everything Iv got into my lifting…I think that the more you do this, the more you are able to lay it all down at once.

Mostly when I’m cutting weigh, or if someothing pisses me off in the weightroom, this mostly happens with the freshmen footall players, and their bench n curls n brag n flex in the mirror routine.

I can understand why you’d think that, but the more spent I am, the more pissed i can potentially become. For example, heavy squat day can lead to more anger than shoulders day. it must have something to do with cortisol because as soon as i get my PWO drink in, im better.

Ya, I go apeshit, I also get pimplier, this is without steroids mind you.

I get so angry… I curl in the squat rack!

Sounds like some sort of redneck rampage.
