Oh I’m not trying to be funny at all. When people come in here with the kind of ignorant attitude that the OP expressed with his bicep post they deserve to be flamed, made fun of, etc. Obviously you fully expect me to humor you somehow or you would not be so disappointed about my unfunny jokes.

I’m algerian btw, my routine is smith machine bench, some pilates then jump rope, after that go to the smith machine and do squats and deadlifts and finish it off with bicep curls in the squat rack and try to impress the old women 20 ft. away with my chica arms, I can bench 275, vertical jump of 38 inches, 40 yd dash of 4.5 wheres my sticker? 8)~
keep benching, deadlifting, and squating, but not in the smith machine. If I were to take a shit and let it harden for a month or so, you’d have a smith machine. Use a free barbell in a squat rack. Also, don’t try and bench 275 with a free barbell; you will hurt yourself a lot.
You will probably have to drop the weights you use by 100 lbs or so, depending on how much you squat/dead. Also, have some milk to go with your squats. And, on top of all that… an entire package of extra thick bacon before bed every night.
Also, if you’re having trouble putting on size, you shouldn’t be doing cardio. And don’t even get me started on pilates; in short, excessive stretching of the muscles will lead to a lack of stability in a lot of cases, which will affect the loads you can use.
