Ok, so I'm in the middle of a huge assignment for biochem. I've got a workout tonight and my low back is still sore from the last one. For some reason I couldn't seem to come up with many besides standard toe touch drills and light hyperextensions. I think I'm gonna need more though.
I need good preworkout mobility drills, etc. to loosen it up enough to do a dynamic day.
Yeah, you and Mike have both hinted at that in emails I’ve exchanged with you guys. I’m looking forward to it, but in the mean time the aforementioned has been working well with me along with some things I robbed out of the Parisi Warm Up video.
