Dynamic Warm-Up

Does anyone have suggestions for dynamic warm ups for an athlete lifting with westside type methods? thanks,

TR

There are a few good movements in Mike and my “Get Your Butt in Gear” series, and we’ve got another article coming out that is devoted to dynamic flexibility/warm-up work exclusively.

EC,

(Why do I always feel the need to use you alls’ initials?)

Awesome guys. Can Mike write while in the hospital or in recovery mode? I’d sure like to see that article soon. ;]

GYBIG has been a top 10 article for me in the last year plus. HYOOGE props and thanks for it.

Hey, no sweat; glad you liked it!

Mike and I finished it up a while back; it’s really just the tip of the iceberg in terms of what we can do in terms of dynamic mobility and warm-up, but it’ll definitley be sufficient for the T-Nation crew to get started.
