Take off the bullshit gloves, drop the rules, rounds and time limits, and NOBODY beats this guy in his prime. Rickson “The Man” Gracie
The Rickson fan club is just as delusional and just as annoying as the Bruce Lee fan club. There’s no way to confirm half what the guy says (and in fact a lot of it has been proven to be a lie), and he only faced one decent opponent in his entire career.
Yawn…Ever rolled with and trained with him? Has ANYONE here? I HAVE. His ability is unreal. And I do believe he would’ve beat anyone out there today.[/quote]
Jon Olav Einemo would kick Rickson Gracie both in a BJJ fight without limits and a NHB-fight… and did you even READ the article i posted…? Rickson is overhyped, great BJJ-er, but no mma-god, that was just a part of the Gracie marketing.
Get over him. Fedor is a better fighter in every possible way, without a big band of nuthuggers that most propably haeven’t rolled a single bjj-session in their lives.

Vitor should never have put those needles in his ass to get bigger… his force was speed, footwork and amazing skill, not brute strenght and size… ![]()

I haven’t followed UFC that much since then, but you are definitely correct. He was a human blitzkrieg that allowed no opponent even a second to gather a strategy because they were instantly on the defensive. “let’s get it on” zooooooom bang bang bang bang bang.

Once upon a time Mike Tyson did too. I guess everyone gets their bluff called eventually.
