I was wondering if anybody has mixed routines for example doing fullbody 2 weeks, split routine 2 weeks and so on.
I have done that. It works pretty good actually, it shocks the body in a good way and keeps your workouts interesting.
I would try a 4 week split (4 weeks total body, 4 weeks split), and see how you like it. 2 weeks might be too short, but if it works for you, then stick with it.
I haven’t done it. I usually stick with the same routine until boredom sets in or gains slow down, then change. But I think what you’re suggesting is a great idea and that you have nothing to lose by trying it.
