Good Split Routines

I am going to mix up my training style and have decided to go to a split training from full body workout for awhile. I am interested in a one body part per week routine but would like to know from several of you what routines you have used and how you have divided the muscle groupings on what day.

I’ve used a bunch of different splits. What I would suggest would somewhat depend on how many days a week you can train, what body parts are strong/weak, your individual recovery abilities, etc…

How long have you been training? How many days a week are you looking to go to the gym?
