Missing Meals

Hi,

I realise that the right way to eat is little and often - 6 to 8 meals a day and a lot of protein (I realise you do need carbs, healthy fats and vits too)

However, from time to time, I seem to skip meals, especially on a sunday. I was wondering what one should do in these circumstances.

Rightly or wrongly I like to lie in on a sunday and sometimes don’t get to eat until midday.

Should i just eat my lunch meal then? Or should I eat a large meal as I’m usually starving (I’m guesing probably no)

I’d appreciate peoples’ advice here

I would make up the calorie in your remaining meals, but this is dependent on your goals.
I like to eat BIG and often.
