what do you do when you have one of those days where you slept in late, moved,etc, and you cant get all you meals in. WHat do you choose to eat if you only get three meals in. ? Mixed meals? stick to you plan minus a couple meals? etc etc.
I don’t have one of those days…if youre dedicated enough, you pre-pack the foods.
i have run into the dilemma of spending lots of time with my gal pal who knows nothing about nutrition, thinks my eating habits are bizarre, etc etc. when i’m around her, i basically starve rather than come off as a weirdo. i mean, who pulls out chicken breasts and almonds while on a date?

I hear that. Actually, at first, mine tended to think my stomach growled all the time just for the hell of it, rather than in protest.
I’m doing what I gotta do nowadays (frequent eating is the least weird thing I do around her, really), but I remember way back when…
