Minimum Gym Time

Currently I am training twice a day six days a week using a hybrid between the One Lift A Day and EDT programmes. The only thing is I am only timing myself to fifteen minutes sessions. A heavy in the early afternnon followed by a lighter one six or so hours later. Doing this twice a day equates to just half an hour gym time! Is this enough? It’s too early to say if this is working regards hypertrophy ( which is my main aim ), but I am fully focused while doing the exercises and feel by the end of it that I have really worked hard. Its just thirty minutes though, is this enough?

Well, look at it another way: your total for the week is 3 hours.

And so if, as sounds like the case, this is intensive serious work, yes that can be enough.

An unusual way of doing it though, I don’t know of any examples of it.
