Hey guys, I’m planning a 4-6 week cutting cycle. I want to actually see the muscle that I’ve created over the last year. I’ll be using the Don’t Diet calorie recommendations, MD6, T2-Pro and using Escalating Density Training with 20 min of added cardio. I will also be using androsol to help maintain lean body mass, but I was curious to know what people have used as a minimal dose. I only need the androsol as a safety net/plateau buster so max dosing is not necessary. I plan to use one daily morning application, but I’m debating as to how much. Any help would be great. Thanks!
Well, the thing is, there’s no definite
switch on / switch off point. Response
increases with dose up to about the 70
sprays 2x/day level (or decreases with
each decrease in dose below that.)
I’d describe results at a level like 28-35
sprays once per day as being modest but
noticeable.
