I have the same problem…my lower body strength and size cant be compared to my upper body’s…my jeans got mighty tight but i love squats too much to lay off without injury, so now i wear nice flowing sun-dresses…give it a try…the in-built air conditioning is great :smiley:

What you meant to say was, that you want to minimize waist size.

As far as you ( i picture you falling under the weight ), so as far as you falling under the weight, i would advice you go to youtube and type in Testoserone nation and watch some of the videos on how to train a movement.

I spend much of my time trying to figure out how to make my posterior chain (hamstrings, lowerback, etc…) HUGE - not caring about my jean size too… Just wear sweatpants or just don’t wear pants at all… BUT, don’t skimp on the lower body training - EVER.
