I’ve been told farting while in the hole during a squat will increase pushing power due to increased air propulsion. Can anyone confirm? A video would be pleasant.

He should drop weight until all abs are visible…and then maintain EXACTLY 10% body fat from that point on no matter what.
If he doesn’t get big from that, it is because of some really advanced scientific sounding limits that a whole lot of other people who are trainers with books think no one can get past.

eat until I’m 10% via underwater bf scan, then
eat until I’m 10% via DEXA, then
eat until I’m 10% via bodpod, then
eat until I’m 10% via skinfold calipers, then
eat until I’m 10% via my friend’s gold’s gym scale, then
eat until I’m 10% via shoe pic evaluation
then cut back down to 10% via underwater bf scan, repeat until I win Mr. O or give up on lifting
