why is it the bigger i get, the smaller i feel.im going to attempt to bench 405-420,in a few days and i still feel really small.im 5-11 and weight 205ish ,on sunday i did 305-5,315-5, 335-5, 355-4. and im coming off a pec injury.what do u think?is it all in my head.

How big do you want to get? Is lifting the only thing by which you “evaluate” yourself? What are your goals?

Depends. Are you more of a strenght-focused guy, or a hypertrophy-focused one? Although your height and weight seemed good.
On a side note, how long ago and how bad was that pec injury. 420 is a PR, if I’m not mistaken. Going after one too soon after an injury is the best way to stay on the injured list for a while.

I think you just wanted to show us how big and cool you are and for all of us to say wow you must be one huge stud…I however think you probably are dumbass with zero possibility for improvement and will tell you so. How’s that?

actually im not a big stud, but how ever i have lots of room for improvment, my pr is 365, but i hope to go way beyond that,and im not tring to brag.

You might want to be rehabbing a bit longer. Wouldn’t hurt progress later, that’s for sure. If you took a PR after all this advice you just got, and tore your pec again, you would definitely get flamed for a loooong time in addition to all that humiliation you would no doubt be feeling ('cause the actual pain would be dead from all those narcotic pain killers you would be needing!!)
