I drink tons of milk during the day. I’ve heard it suggested in other places that milk is not good for bulking. But here i’ve seen it suggested. So whats the story?
I’ve never heard that it isn’t good for bulking, I see no reason why it wouldn’t be good.
It contains calories, fat, and protein. The things you need.
Always drink milk.
Whole milk is incredible for bulking as long as you dont mind some fat gain.
milk definitely rocks. skim gives you an awesome, protein/carb ratio with vitamins and go with one that has a higher fat content for bulking.
I’ve never heard it’s not good for bulking either. you can get a lot of calories in one easy-to-drink glass.

HMM thats a blanket statement. I can drink whole milk and lose fat I dont see how whole milk makes you gain fat?? Just dont drink so much or cut down so other intake.
Yes milk is just fine.

I don’t drink milk per Dr. B’s recommendations…
My reasoning quoting a recent article, “Coach said so.”
As a kid I was allergic to the stuff, as a tubby 235lber I drank a gallon a day. Don’t know if it would help or hurt me more in the long run, but tried including it a while ago and noticed fat gain so I stopped drinking again.
Tricky subject methinks but many swear by the stuff… I’ll stick to cottage cheese instead.

Well, yeah you’re right. It is very general. I was just saying for bulking, being it high in fat and also high on the II, you’re most likely going to gain some fat if you drink a sufficient amount of it. I guess thats with anything, though.
