Then some wonderful sled sprints with an added 55lbs to however much the sled weighs. I lost counts but it’s probably around 8 times, with a mixture of forward and backward, and lots of huffing and puffing.

And if that wasn’t enough, I decided to play in the mud with a nice big wet tire. I don’t know how much it weighed but I got a good number of flips in.

It was just one of those mornings that I wanted to do more than I usually do. Tomorrow will be some fasted NEPA, some punching bag work, and maybe some boxes or something (I like to believe I can fly when I do boxes lol)

My man also gets migraines so I know a bit about what that can be like. They run in his family. We’re hoping our kids won’t inherit them.

Been feeling burnt out both mentally and physically; I have five papers which are supposed to be 10 pages or longer due within the next week and a half, so they have been demanding my attention among other work that needs to get done. Good news, I finished two papers and half-way through two papers. Bad new, I haven’t even started to type the other paper on top of a final next Tuesday and next Friday.

Who needs cardio when college education keeps you running around all the time…

@coyotegal THEY ARE SO MUCH FUN. And a good workout. Seeing the look on people’s faces when they first see me flip the tire is priceless.

@KC I bought you a sled. You gave it back to me to hold on to. Where would you keep a tire if you can’t keep a small sled?
