There is a Elite Fitness training seminar in the Westside techniques scheduled for the metro Detroit (Milford) area in two weeks, but unfortunately it may be cancelled due to low enrollment. I purchased the seminar as a gift to my husband for his b-day and I am not sure who will be more disapointed that it might get cancelled – him or I!!
