Mehdi from Stronglifts Called Out, Backs Down

Unless he’s only got one arm and one leg those are, indeed, pathetic lifts for any male under 60 with more than a year of training. [/quote]

Compared to this guy, so pathetic that I were that Medhi guy, I’d euthanise myself.

He posted an article a while back that had more of his stats. He has 15" arms and 22" thighs, and quotes his thighs as being huge. He has a unimpressive shirtless pic as well.

HURRRRRRR DURRRRRRRRR HERP DE DERP!!!

In his report you get for email subscription, he refers to his thighs as “muscular” lol. It also his claims of being a 400lb squatter and 500lb deadlifter.

Despite being a lying French wanker, I’m starting to feel sorry for the poor bloke after reading the ribbing he’s gotten here.

In his pdf report Mehdi claims a 400lb squat and 500lb deadlift in the very first paragraph of over 200 pages.

Despite being a French liar, I’m starting to feel sorry for the poor bloke after reading the ribbing he got here lol.

and here i thought any good opinions had arisen.

RISE FROM YOUR GRAVE.

I know those weights can seem daunting for a beginner, but if I’m looking somewhere for information and someone made a claim that they were getting close to those numbers, I’m looking elsewhere. Knowing the fact that he probably lied about them just to wag his e-peen is all the worse.

Never said they were daunting mate; just don’t get how he could be so idiotic as to bring it up. He would have been better off avoiding the subject altogether.

I wasn’t saying that you’re a beginner or that you consider those weights daunting, miscommunication. But yes, his troll skills are sub par at best. He could learn a thing or two from some of the 140 lb kids on this site who achieved a 1200 total their very first day in the gym!
