My meet is 5th November. That puts me three weeks out as of today (15th October). I’ve been using Wendler’s 12 week peaking programme and somewhere along the line, I don’t know where but I’ve fucked up the programme so that if I continue with the programme, I’ll peak a week early. Someone suggest a way of rectifying this
Either take an extra week off now, take an extra week off before the meet, or repeat your previous week then continue normally.

What @max13 said. Or, do what I do and take that week off bar a few very light sets.
