Do you have any programs for med ball? I just bought my first med ball (it’s 5kg, I know it’s light, but I’m weak)
I know wrestlers here in Finland use it a lot. Can I use it? My goal is high absolute strength.

Absolute strength is best trained with heavy weights and low reps. However, you can use the medicine ball to “prime” your CNS for heavy weights.
For example, prior to a bench press workout, take your medicine ball and either do chest throws against a wall or with a partner, or bend over and throw the ball down to the ground, catch it on the rebound and push it back down for 3-5 sets of 3-5 reps.
There are a number of medicine ball exercises you can do, mainly as a plyometric workout. Search the web or read some of the Renegade workout programs for tips on other med ball exercises.

Maybe some more athletics based resources, or coach davies. either that, or throw as far as you can (in mutiple fashions), sprint after it and do again.
