For the wall slams, you can either try high-low woodchoppers or use one of the medicine balls for Russian twists.
For the overhead throws, explosive elevated push-ups like Nighthawkz said would be a good bet. Hands up on a bench, legs straight, feet up on your toes, and explode up. Just make sure the bench is secure and won’t flip over when you press off of it.

A smith machine is great for these as it’s sturdy and you can easily change the height.
