How many mech drop sets is it advised to do of big compound lifts. Ime if im doing a hypertrophy focused upper day can i do
Bench 8*3 (speed work)
Incline - low incline - flat db press mech drop set*2
Bnp - press - push press mech drop set *2
…
Similarly on a lower day could you do
Front sq - back q
And
Snatch dl - dl
Or is that too much? Prehaps only one compound mech drop set per workout and the rest should be isolation?
