In post training we need to consume a liquid Protein/Dextrose mix.
What about post-cardio?
If you are to looking to lose weight I have heard it is good to wait an hour after cardio to eat. Reason the body is still burning fat in that first hour. I do not know if it 100% true and I am sure I will be corrected if wrong.
The above hypothesis has been put to the test (waiting an hour after training) and didn’t pan out when researched. Consuming a quickly digesting P/C shake after HIIT training is more than fine. Also, I recommend preceding it w/ a scoop of GROW beforehand (about 15 mins prior).
