So Mark Dugdale just posted this on his Facebook page:

“This past weekend was a mix of emotions. Obviously the Olympia didn’t turn out as planned, but I’m extremely excited to finally announce that as of today I’ve joined the team at Biotest. Their protocol of Indigo-3G, Plazma and MAG-10 played a vital role in my recovery ability and physique improvements over the past year. It proved to be the Holy Grail of recovery and specifically what allowed me to train seven days/week and prep with zero cardio. The best is yet to come!”
